The terms and procedure for the provision of electronic communication services
Please, find a new edition of Terms and Procedure of Telecommunication Services Provision by the Limited Liability Company lifecell, approved with regards to cancellation of a certificate on state registration of legal entity and individual— entrepreneur and in line with, in particular, legislation on personal data protection.
Changes and specifications cover the definitions of "Promotion", "Roaming", "Traffic", extending the content of value-added services orders etc. The obligation of the Subscriber to watch independently upon the amendments to the valid Terms, prices/tariffs/conditions of servicing, published according to the legislation (p.4.2.), as well as the volume and kinds of the Services received are prescribed (p.61).
